
Strive is a B2B company that imagines and delivers mobile-first solutions to enable employees to access the tools needed to create a personalized employee experience. It mobilizes the world of employee experience for employees, employers, and industry innovators nationwide striving to revolutionize the employee experience. I worked with STRIVE for 9 months and assisted in various marketing efforts.

I suggested that the most cost-effective method to increase brand awareness is via social media marketing.

I created and shared content across three social platforms, all centered around a shared theme: emphasizing the significance of enhancing employee experience and showcasing how Strive can empower companies to achieve this goal. The objective of these contents was to expand Strive's audience outside the realm of HR. We specifically targeted employees, envisioning scenarios where employers stumble upon our content and subsequently share it with their HR teams, fostering connections with Strive.
This strategic social media initiative resulted in generating 25 marketing leads and 5 sales leads, while concurrently boosting traffic to Strive's website.

I designed multiple versatile email templates, easily customizable for various companies partnering with Strive, as illustrated in the accompanying image.


I explored various ways to measure employee experience in a company and crafted a survey based on the identified metrics. The survey created by me is being used in the STRIVE App. You can access the research done for the survey metrics by clicking on the link on your left.
